The country we ship to

We ship to street addresses in the United States. Checkout will not complete an address in another country.

The 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia

We ship kits and accessories throughout the contiguous United States and to Washington, D.C. The current charge is the $49 flat rate, or free shipping when the merchandise total is $500 or more. Transit is usually longer to the coasts than to Alabama, Georgia, or Tennessee. The shipping page describes freight versus parcel.

Alaska and Hawaii

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii at the same starter rates. There is no extra island or remote surcharge in the current rate table. Transit is longer, and freight appointments are set by the carrier. Checkout is still the final charge. If a carrier ever refuses a lane, we will tell you before we ship and offer a refund of the unshipped order.

Territories and post office boxes

If checkout offers a rate to a US territory, we will ship it at the rate checkout shows. If checkout does not offer a rate, we cannot create one by email. Freight kits cannot be delivered to a post office box. Use a street address where a truck can stop. Small parcel parts may go to a box if the carrier accepts that service at checkout.

What delivery includes

Delivery is transportation to the address. It is not assembly, anchoring, or a site visit. The driver drops freight at the driveway or curb. You need an adult present for a freight appointment unless the carrier agrees to a release. Local customers may pick up in Boaz by appointment instead of taking delivery. We do not export

We do not ship outside the United States and we do not hand a crate to a forwarder for export. A friend in another country cannot be the ship-to address.
